Some important information is automatically generated for every entry in Ledidi Core. 

  • Who last modified the entry (“Last modified by”)

  • The owner of the entry (“Owned by”)

  • The group this entry is owned by ("Group")

  • The entry creation date and time (“Created date”)

  • The modification date and time (“Last modified date”)

  • A unique dataset entry ID for the current version of the entry (“Entry ID”)

To find this information: 

  1. In the dataset view, scroll to the right until you reach the end of the dataset. Here you will find the entry information. Although these variables are shown as columns in your dataset, they are not added to the variable view

  2. In an entry, click the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Entry details"
