By clicking on the profile icon (the circle with your initials or photo), you can access your subscription management page. Here you will find details on your current subscription. This is also where you manage upgrades/downgrades (click "Change Plan") and payments/invoices.
Team subscription owners also manage their team members' subscriptions from this page.
You can manage subscriptions for a team without having a full subscription yourself. When buying licenses for your team, you first decide how many licenses you want to buy. In the next step, you can add the persons you want to assign the licenses. By checking “assign one license to yourself”, one license is given to you. If this is unchecked, all the licenses you have bought can be assigned to others.
To add a new user to your subscription:
- 1. Click "+ Add new user"
- 2. Write the new user's email address and click "Continue"
- 3. Fill out the new user's details (note: this can be updated at a later stage in the "Change account information" window)
- 4. Click "Add user"
- 5. Click "Done"
The new user has received an email with their username, temporary password, and instructions on how to log in to Ledidi.
To manage existing users on your subscription:
1. Click on the edit icon at the end of the user row
2. Click "Remove user license" to remove the license given to this user
3. Click "Confirm"
Note that this does not delete the account, but simply removes the license for this user.
Assign a license to yourself
If you don't have a license assigned to yourself, activate the toggle switch next to "Active one license to yourself". You will now have a Ledidi Core license. If you are an administrator and do not need a license yourself, switch off the toggle. You will still be able to manage the users on your subscription, but you don't have an active Ledidi Core license yourself.
Payment
The card(s) used for payment are shown in the "Payment" window. Click the "add card" button to add a new card.
Billing
In the billing window, the current billing address is shown. Click "change" to make any changes to your billing address. On the right side of the window, information regarding your subscription and upcoming payment is shown.
